Based in White Plains, NY, Dr. Michael Kullman has over three decades of medical experience. He is a licensed medical marijuana doctor serving patients in NY, CT, NJ and PA. A 1990 graduate of New York Medical College medical school, Dr. Kullman has extensive experience at New York-based medical institutions including Caremount Medical Group, Putnam Hospital Center, Northern Westchester Hospital Center, and St. Agnes Hospital. Dr. Kullman is now affiliated with Brain and Spine Surgeons of New York.
